When you book an intro call via our Calendly widget, Calendly collects the data you provide (name, email, message). When you send us photos for video production, we process those photos solely to create your video.

We process your data to deliver the services you requested (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and to comply with legal obligations (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR). Your photos are used exclusively for producing your personalized video and are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Your photos and project files are stored only for as long as necessary to complete your video and are deleted after project completion on request. Booking data handled by Calendly is subject to Calendly's own privacy policy.

5. Third-party services
